The platforms, instruments, and automation that let us assemble large, complex DNA reliably and at scale.
Automation
We combine in vitro and in vivo molecular cloning with (semi-)automation to make large-scale assembly reproducible and efficient.
Instruments & platforms
The SynDNA Lab is equipped with all of the instruments required for semi-automated DNA assembly, including:
- Hamilton liquid handler
- PhenoBooth colony counter
- ROTOR+ high-throughput replica plating robot
- QIACube Connect.
- various thermocyclers
